Succoris is a healthcare management consultancy founded by Lesley Soden. Her background has always been linked with health, after studying social policy and health studies, at postgraduate level. Lesley worked within senior leadership roles within the NHS and local authorities for over 25 years. Gaining expertise in operational and strategy roles within the areas of innovation, business development and transformation within mental health, community, primary care and acute NHS services. 

In her previous role as Innovation Director at the Health Innovation Network South London she led teams that worked with both NHS stakeholders as well as healthtech, medtech, digital and biotech companies. She provided specialist advice, guidance and support for innovators facilitating introductions to NHS partners.

Her portfolio included the national and regional innovation programme delivering in South London including the medtech funding mandate. These programmes transformed a variety of clinical pathways including urology, cardiology, maternity, mental health and neurology.

 

She has a track-record at facilitating transformation through the implementation of evidence-based innovations including digital and technology solutions within dermatology, CAMHS, critical care, gene therapy and cancer pathways.

Now Lesley maximises her experience, skills and networks to work with healthtech and digital companies that interest and inspire her. At Succoris we truly believe that healthtech will help to transform the NHS to provide better patient care and reduce health inequalities.
